We were delighted to win the build of this contract, the external features and truly great design excited us prior to working on this new build property. The build was carried out during 2021-2022. Previously on the site was a small barn that was demolished to allow the building to commence. The house comprised a basement with a snug, office, home gym, shower room, and store. On the ground floor, there was an elegant entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge, kitchen, and utility room. On the first floor, there were 4 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a large main bathroom. A large garage and storage facility was constructed to the rear of the property and the main drive areas were finished with grey resin and links the house to the garage perfectly.

The staircase was a timber frame with glass screens and incorporated the same flooring as the main floor areas on the treads which maintained the theme across all floors. The external walls were finished with a white K-Rend render which complimented the anthracite grey powder-coated aluminium windows and doors. Most external windows incorporated electrically operated integral blinds. The heat source was solely an air-source heat pump to keep the ongoing costs of running the house to a minimum. There was wet underfloor heating on all levels with electric-powered towel rails to all bathroom, cloak and shower rooms.
