A full refurbishment and extension to a farmhouse.
This was an existing farmhouse with a lot of structural issues, we were bought in to assist with the solution, additional planning permission, the cost plan, and the build. The property had 3 no. extensions, a new roof structure, a new internal layout, and a full refurbishment.
With the addition of Cedral fiber cement cladding on the outside the property looked very sharp in the landscape.
