Inside Ltd

This project was the conversion of a school into a nursery carried out by Inside Limited. Our work on site was to carry out all stripping-out, structural works, and builder's works for other contractors to follow. Our brief was to inspect, assist with the design and carry out all of the necessary work.

This was challenging as the building was listed with the usual problems associated with an old property. Traditional building practices sometimes do not always stand up to today’s standards. The obvious age, vulnerability, and deterioration of the building were evident throughout the contract. We did, however, provide solutions and handed over the building to the client within agreed timescales and in a lot better structural condition than we entered.
