Inside Ltd - 7 Brampton Road, Uxbridge

As a residential contract, we were asked to assist in the building and management of this contract. The main contractor attended the site monthly. The works scope on this contract was to install a rear extension, including all structural works necessary, and refurbish the existing kitchen area into a new modern space to incorporate a ground floor shower room.

This was a strange shape to get over the existing foul sewer and the side entrance. Providing a structural solution internally and maintaining the useable space was a challenge but, with a lot of brainstorming, we provided a space that the client was happy with. The landscaping of the rear garden and side path was added to the contract to complete the development. The finish internally was to a great standard and we left the property very happy with our achievement.
