The Cattle Barn

Situated on a farm in Hertford, this was the conversion of a steel-framed barn historically used as a hay store linked to an equestrian center. The build was carried out in 2018 and incorporated three no. four-bedroom properties finished to a very high specification and using air source heat pumps to create a sustainable and economical heat source.

The barns are clad in fiber cement boards to reduce ongoing maintenance and to provide a very sharp finish externally. Internally the kitchens are to a very high specification and the staircase and vaulted ceiling to the hall are spectacular, all bathrooms are finished to a high specification.
