The Mill Building

This was the conversion of an old farm stable block into 5 properties, one 1-bedroom property, 3 no. 2-bedroom properties, and a 3-bedroom property. The build was carried out in 2019 to a great specification incorporating vaulted ceilings, Howdens kitchens, high-specification bathrooms, and shower rooms, and utilized air source heat pumps to create a sustainable and economical heat source.

The barns are clad in fibre cement boards to reduce ongoing maintenance and to provide a very sharp finish externally. All gardens are a good size with low-level hedges and limestone paving. The views of the open countryside are as stunning as the completed barns.
